How do I order a pre-order number?

Can I reserve two or more numbers at the same time?
Each reservation is processed separately. To reserve multiple numbers, please complete the checkout for your first number, then return to our website to reserve the next one. You can reserve as many numbers as you like, one at a time.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit. You pay the full price only after we have confirmed the number is available.
When do I pay, and how much?
Once availability is confirmed, the full price is payable. For an online reservation, we take payment from the authorisation only after availability is confirmed.
What happens after I pay?
We purchase the number from the network and arrange its activation. We keep you updated via WhatsApp and send your PAC code once your number is ready.
How long does it take, and when do I get my PAC code?
Your number is normally ready within approximately 2 weeks of full payment. This is a typical timeframe, not a guaranteed date. We provide your PAC code once the number is ready. If you then submit the PAC code to your network before 5pm on a working day, the transfer normally completes by 6pm the next working day.
Can I have my pre-order number as an eSIM?
Most numbers can be set up as an eSIM. Once your number is ready, WhatsApp us and we will guide you through eSIM activation (9am–9pm UK time).
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel free of charge at any time before we confirm availability and take payment: your card authorisation is simply cancelled. Once confirmed, we source and purchase the number from the network specially for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind cancellations. You still have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of confirmation; we refund what you paid less an amount in proportion to the service already provided. The right to cancel ends once the service is complete (your number is ready and your PAC code has been provided). If we cannot supply the exact number, you receive a full refund. What if you cannot supply the number?
If the number is not available when we check, you are not charged. An online reservation authorisation is cancelled; your bank may show a temporary hold until it is released. If, after you have paid, we are unable to supply the exact number you purchased, we refund the full amount you paid.
