1. ABOUT US

These terms and conditions govern your use of vipnumbers.com and any purchase made from VIPNUMBERS LTD (Company No. 10553530, VAT No. 316695578).

2. PURCHASING A VIP NUMBER

By purchasing a VIP number from us you agree that:

• You are over 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate
• Payment must be made in full before transfer
• All prices shown include VAT where applicable

3. NUMBER TRANSFER PROCESS

• After full payment we will provide you with a PAC code
• PAC codes are valid for 30 days from issue
• Transfer to your chosen UK network is completed within 24 hours of submitting the PAC code
• We are not responsible for delays caused by your network provider

4. PRICING

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Your purchase price is confirmed at the time of payment

5. REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final once a PAC code has been issued
• If a PAC code has not been issued, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
• Refund requests must be made via WhatsApp or phone
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

6. ESIM DATA PLANS

• eSIM plans are non-refundable once the QR code has been activated
• If the QR code has not been activated, a full refund may be requested within 24 hours
• Data allowances do not roll over
• Plans do not auto-renew

7. PRE-ORDER NUMBERS

• A 10% deposit is required to reserve a pre-order number
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your order
• If we are unable to supply the number, a full deposit refund will be issued
• Pre-order numbers are subject to availability

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on vipnumbers.com including text, images, logos and design is the property of VIPNUMBERS LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

VIPNUMBERS LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of business or profits
• Delays caused by third party network providers

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
